Process in 5 simple steps

1. You receive a personalized Power of Attorney (PoA) from us
   – including note “copy of Passport attached”
   

2. You go to the notary with passport and PoA:
   – Have the PoA including passport copy notarized and apostilled
   – The notary must confirm that the passport copy has been checked against the original and belongs to the PoA.
   

3. Shipping:
   – Send the notarized and apostilled PoA including passport copy via courier to our team in Tbilisi.
   

4. We take care of the rest:
   – Formation of your company and parallel bank account opening on site
   

5. Ready in 7 days:
   – Your setup including bank access is ready to use
   

Special Feature:
The Georgian bank account required for your small business is already included in the price. Should you already have a Georgian bank account and wish to use it for your small business, please let us know. In that case, a price reduction to 990 USD is possible (then only company formation without residency and without bank account).

For the in-depth initial consultation (approx. 60 minutes), a one-time consulting fee of 300 USD applies.
